The first will be at <span style="font-weight: bold;">REI in West Hartford </span>on T<span style="font-weight: bold;">hursday evening, May 22</span>. The one after that will be on a Saturday night in late May or early June at the venerable climbing shop, R<span style="font-weight: bold;">ock and Snow,</span> on Main Street in <span style="font-weight: bold;">New Paltz, NY. </span>(I'll provide more info on timing and driving directions.)<br /><br />I love giving these slideshows -- and yes, of course, I love getting out and talking about my book, <span style="font-style: italic;">Into the Unknown: The Remarkable Life of Hans Kraus</span>. And I love when people <span style="font-style: italic;">buy</span> the book. But it's more than that.
